Operating under the slogan “We Give All Our Energy,” CC Energie, active in various sub-sectors of the energy industry in Switzerland, has partnered with CCR for its call center technology solutions.

As part of the agreement between the companies, services such as call center infrastructure support, software development, and system integration are included.
CCR Director Ali Murat Gürçay stated that following the agreement, they initiated a new system integration project. He explained that they have launched a two-phase project to upgrade the client’s legacy infrastructure to the latest version.
Gürçay also mentioned that they have started the ININ and SAP CRM integration project, which was one of CC Energie’s biggest challenges. He added that with this project, CCR is making a significant impact in Europe not only in license sales but also in delivering professional services.

CCR Director Ali Muray Gürçay highlighted that CC Energie’s decision to work with CCR was influenced by their other references in Switzerland and CCR’s ability to take swift action. He stated,
“Especially, we demonstrated our fast and results-oriented approach by quickly resolving our client’s long-standing ININ and SAP CRM integration issues, along with a few other technical problems. The representatives at CC Energie have expressed their satisfaction with our performance.”

CCR Director expressed that the company is growing steadily in the European market and continuously adding new clients to its portfolio. He stated,
