(CCR A.Ş.) olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“KVKK”) 10. maddesi uyarınca sizi kişisel veri işleme, işlenen kişisel verilerinizin aktarılması, kişisel verilerinizin toplanma yöntemleri ve hukuki sebebi ile KVKK md. 11’de sayılan diğer haklarınızla ilgili olarak bilgilendirmek ve aydınlatmak isteriz. Bize sağladığınız tüm kişisel verilerin gizliliği ve güvenliği konusunda azami hassasiyet gösterdiğimizi ve bu verilerin korunması için gerekli tüm teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemlerinin alındığını belirtiriz.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Within the scope of your use of our company’s products and services, the following personal data is processed:

Your Identity Information (Your identity data that we can use to identify you, such as your name, surname, and Turkish Republic identity number),
Your Contact Information (Your address, mobile phone number, e-mail address and other contact data),
Your Financial Data (such as your financial data such as your bank account number, IBAN number, credit card information, payment information, billing information)
Customer Transaction (Order and request information, information on teller receipts, etc.)
Transaction Security (such as website navigation information, IP address, website login/logout information, password and passcode information)

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the basic principles set forth in the KVKK and relevant legislation, with your explicit consent and/or other cases stipulated in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, primarily the legal legislation we are subject to, in order for you to benefit from the services we offer as Call Center Resources Danışmanlık A.Ş. The purposes of Call Center Resources Danışmanlık A.Ş.’s processing of personal data are;

Fulfilling the requirements of the commercial activities carried out by our company and ensuring that the relevant persons benefit from the products and services offered by our company through the performance of the service,
Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units of our company and carrying out the related business processes and preparing reports,
Determination of our company’s commercial, operational and business strategies; determining suitable products, projects and services,
Evaluation of requests and complaints,
Conducting marketing analysis studies,

It will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of managing our legal processes and providing you with better and more reliable service without interruption.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

Your personal data may be obtained by our Company through Call Center Resources Danışmanlık A.Ş.’s management center, sales offices or other subcontractors or business partners, offices and other physical environments where you can contact, call center, web, internet sites and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media or other public media or through other group companies or other persons and organizations with whom they have agreements (written, verbal, audio or video recording or other physical or electronic environment, etc.).

We process your personal data, which we collect in accordance with the above methods, based on one or more of the legal reasons stated below:

Your explicit consent (for advertising/promotion/marketing activities, commercial communication activities and domestic/international data transfer)
If the provisions of the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Turkey make processing necessary (Your data can be processed if the relevant legislation, especially the Code of Obligations, Commercial Code, Consumer Law, Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications, makes data processing necessary and mandatory.)
Since it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
Because it is mandatory for the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Secondary legislation constitutes a legal reason for data processing purposes such as fulfilling requests in accordance with the legislation within the scope of regulatory and supervisory activities, alternative dispute resolution methods and conducting and concluding litigation processes, and making requests from the courts.)

Processing your personal data is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

PARTIES TO WHICH THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Your personal data is processed by our company in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, in a way that is accurate and, when necessary, up-to-date, specific, clear and legitimate, for the purposes for which they are processed, limited and measured, and in accordance with the principles of preservation for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders, our company’s consultants or solution partners, suppliers, insurance companies, notaries, banks and financial institutions, consultancy firms from which we receive support in areas such as law, financial consultancy, tax, etc., legally authorized public institutions and private persons, and service providers from whom we receive support in areas such as storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, CRM software, cloud computing, etc.) etc. on behalf of our company, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and the purposes specified above, in order to continue our company’s activities and business processes.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

We hereby inform you that, as the personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

Learning whether personal data is being processed,
To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

The personal data we collect and process must be accurate and, if necessary, up-to-date, in accordance with Article 4 of the Personal Data Processing Law No. 6698. Therefore, if there is any change in your personal data, you can provide your up-to-date and accurate personal information through the methods specified below.

You can submit a signed copy of the “KVKK Application Form” available on our website (https://www.ccr.group/) in person with a document confirming your identity or by proxy with a notarized power of attorney indicating that you are authorized to apply for the rights listed under Article 11, or you can send it via a notary to the address “CCR – CALL CENTER RESOURCES DANIŞMANLIK A.Ş- Nanda Plaza, Kozyatağı Mahallesi Kaya Sultan Sk. In case of electronic request;

You can send the KVKK Application Form by signing it with an electronic or mobile signature with a “secure electronic signature” certificate defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 to our Company’s Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address callcenterresources@hs02.kep.tr, or to the e-mail address “kvkk@ccr.group” using the e-mail address you have previously notified our Company and is registered in our systems.

(We may request additional verifications (such as sending a message to your registered e-mail address or calling you) in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and to protect your rights. If the application is made by third parties on behalf of personal data owners, the person who will apply must be given a special authorized power of attorney issued by the data owner at a notary.)

Your requests to our company will be answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
